“Fast insomnia relief”?  For those of us with trouble sleeping or chronic insomnia, its hard to imagine anything working all that fast, unless its a shot of anesthesia.  The makers of Sleepingeasy claim that their formula will get you to sleep fast and keep you from tossing and turning all night. How do they claim to do it?

Sleepingeasy Ingredients

• Melatonin
• Chamomile
• Passionflower
• Valerian root
• Lavender
• Lemon balm

The best thing about this formula is that it is all-natural.  Valerian, lemon balm, passionflower and melatonin are excellent herbal sleep aids and can be considerably effective when included in the right dosage and concentration. Lavender and chamomile are often known to be relaxing when included in teas, mainly due to their aroma, but there isn’t a lot of evidence for their effect when taken in small doses as a supplement.

Sleepingeasy Sleep Inducing Effects

Sadly, all-natural doesn’t usually mean “all-powerful”.  Often the natural solutions are milder and take a little more time to kick into effect. As mentioned, this product does list some great ingredients but there isn’t any mention of specific ingredient concentration.  In fact, there is no mention of a dosage at all.  For all we know we’re getting a 10 mg pill or maybe 500 mg filled mainly with chamomile.  There isn’t any reliable source to help us judge the effectiveness of this product.

Sleepingeasy Overall Value

After some research into this product’s “free trial” offer, it appears that the “free” trial is the only way to purchase the product.  The problem with this is that you are subsequently enrolled in an auto-ship program that charges you up to $100 for further shipments.  The company is also known for over-charging people and it may be very difficult to cancel the program.  We don’t recommend getting tangled up in a product with so little evidence for effectiveness and such a history of what can only be described as “scamming” people.
